Legality Afternoon College Program Blended (Afternoon Class Program)

Menimbang : c. Pasal 1 ayat 4 Peserta didik adalah anggota masyarakat yang berusaha mengembangkan potensi diri melalui proses pembelajaran yang tersedia pada jalur, jenjang, dan jenis pendidikan tertentu.
Pasal 4 ayat (1) Pendidikan diselenggarakan secara demokratis dan berkeadilan serta tidak diskriminatif dengan menjunjung tinggi hak asasi manusia, nilai keagamaan, nilai kultural, dan kemajemukan bangsa.
Pasal 4 ayat (2) Pendidikan diselenggarakan sebagai satu kesatuan yang sistemik dengan sistem terbuka dan multimakna.
Pasal 5 ayat (5) Setiap warga negara berhak mendapat kesempatan meningkatkan pendidikan sepanjang hayat.
Pasal 19 ayat (2) Pendidikan tinggi diselenggarakan dengan sistem terbuka.
Pasal 36 ayat (3) Kurikulum disusun sesuai dengan jenjang pendidikan dalam kerangka Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia dengan memperhatikan
a. ... dst-nya;
f. tuntutan dunia kerja;
g. ... dst-nya.
Pasal 50 ayat (7) Perguruan tinggi menentukan kebijakan dan memiliki otonomi dalam mengelola pendidikan di lembaganya.


Penjelasan UU Sisdiknas

I. Umum Dengan visi pendidikan tersebut, pendidikan nasional mempunyai misi :
1. mengupayakan perluasan dan pemerataan kesempatan memperoleh
    pendidikan yang bermutu bagi seluruh rakyat Indonesia

Pasal 4 ayat (2) Pendidikan dengan sistem terbuka adalah pendidikan yang diselenggarakan dengan fleksibilitas pilihan dan waktu penyelesaian program lintas satuan dan jalur pendidikan (multi entry-multi exit system). Peserta didik dapat belajar sambil bekerja, atau mengambil program-program pendidikan pada jenis dan jalur pendidikan yang berbeda secara terpadu dan berkelanjutan melalui pembelajaran tatap muka atau jarak jauh. Pendidikan multimakna adalah proses ... dst-nya.
